Today I’m a kTLS developer at NetApp, working on the secure plumbing of ONTAP. I also serve as my team’s AI Champion — turning emerging GenAI tooling into shipped workflows that change how engineers debug, review, and ship code.

- Built practical GenAI/RAG tooling — JIRA analysis, SSH triage, and CIT analysis tools — adopted across the team.
- Team's AI Champion and local POC for GenAI, Copilot/VSCode, and GitHub EAP. Shared patterns, demos, and best practices that accelerated onboarding, reviews, and debugging.
- Worked on AIDE (NetApp's flagship AI product) and implemented mTLS end-to-end.
- Designed a solution for dynamic authorization across multiple authentication methods.
- Productized a hackathon idea: WebAuthn protocol implementation for ONTAP.
- Currently a kTLS developer responsible for the kTLS infrastructure powering ONTAP.

- Worked on VSA (VMware Smart Assurance) NCM — Network Configuration Manager — driving customer issues and features.
- Multiple recognition awards from peers, management, and customers for delivering top-quality work.
Software Developer
- Owned DHCP (v4 / v6) and PBR (Policy Based Routing) bugs and features for IOS-XE (Polaris OS) running on CAT9k and ASR series switches/routers.
- Implemented Asymmetric Lease for DHCPv6 Relay enabling short lease grants to clients.
- Front-ended security for the Scarlet Wireless component from India (Dec 2016 — Aug 2018), handling multiple customer escalations.
- Converted from Red Badge (Contractor) to Blue Badge (Full-time) based on performance.

- Built “Scheduled Visits Count” feature surfacing visit demand per house.
- Implemented invoice merging, allowing tenants to settle multiple pending invoices in one payment.

Passkeys for ONTAP
Introduced passkeys as part of a hackathon for ONTAP — an extra authentication method that is far simpler and more secure than passwords. Productized after the win.
ONTAP ChatBot
AI-powered chatbot that helps ONTAP storage administrators discover and configure commands without wading through tedious documentation. Presented at NetApp AI hackathon.
Leaked Password Service
A service that detects leaked passwords and helps mitigate stolen-credential attacks before they escalate.
Reckoner Bot for Cisco Webex
A computational engine bot for Cisco Spark (now Webex Teams) that handles computations and search-based queries with Wikipedia integration.
